To prepare:
Please enjoy cacao on an empty stomach (fast or eat light beforehand)
Bring water, a journal, yoga mat, blanket, pillow and an open heart
Come as you are, with an open heart
Doors open at 6:15 PM to settle in. Ceremony begins promptly at 6:30 PM
