Since 2020, we've worked directly alongside Costa Rican farming families who share our commitment to exceptional cacao, regenerative agriculture, and caring for the land.

Together, we cultivate hand-selected cacao varieties in the fertile volcanic foothills of Northern Costa Rica, where cacao grows alongside tropical fruit, spices, plantains, and native forest in a thriving agroforestry system.

Every harvest is hand-picked, naturally fermented, sun-dried, and stone-ground with extraordinary care to preserve the remarkable flavor and character of the cacao.

In 2025, we planted our own neighboring cacao farm, expanding a shared vision of regeneration, biodiversity, and long-term stewardship for future generations.
