She helps us release what no longer serves, awaken creativity, and remember our natural state of connection — with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
A daily or weekly ritual with cacao becomes a sacred pause — a way to return home to your heart and live more meaningfully, grounded in gratitude and truth. 🌞
About the Journey

This 30-day journey invites you to slow down, listen within, and weave cacao into your daily life as a heart-opening ally. Through ceremony, reflection, and gentle rhythm, we’ll create space for grounding, clearing, expanding, and connection — together.
Purpose
To create space for people to weave cacao into their daily lives.
To build or deepen personal practices of grounding, clearing, expanding, and connecting.
To offer community support, conscious communication, and heart-centered reflection in a gentle rhythm.
Structure
Length: 30 days
Gatherings: 2 live virtual ceremonies per week (8 total)
Morning and evening sessions available — join whichever fits your rhythm (or both!)
Personal Practice: Participants are encouraged to add 1–2 self-led cacao rituals weekly.
What’s Woven In: energy grounding, clearing, expansion practices, conscious communication, and brief cacao teachings.
Your registration includes 1 lb of our ceremonial cacao, lovingly sourced from our Costa Rican family farm — enough for your full 30-day journey.
