For thousands of years cacao has been revered for its nourishing, heart-opening, and healing qualities, gently guiding us inward and inviting deeper connection with ourselves, one another, and the living world around us.

Together we will sip warm Costa Rican cacao and share in breath, gentle movement, reflection, and heart-centered meditation as we honor the return of spring and the seeds we are ready to plant in our lives.

Cacao is best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so please fast or enjoy only a light meal beforehand.
