Join us Friday August 19 on the historic land of Grayes Greenhouse surrounded by nature as we tune out from the everyday fast pace of life and tune into what really matters. Together we will gather and share mindfulness practices, breathe+gentle movement while being guided on a heart expanding journey by the beautiful and gentle medicine of Cacao. Through connecting with nature we can more deeply connect ourselves and those around us. It’s an honor to share this journey with you!
