Connect with yourself through connecting with nature.

Did you know that plants have the power to heal? Not only our physical bodies but our emotional and spiritual beings as well! For thousands of years Cacao, or chocolate in its purest form has been used by the Mayans and Aztecs for its medicinal and transformational benefits and is known as a heart opener.

Join us on the historic land of Graye’s Greenhouse in Plymouth Michigan surrounded by nature as we tune out from the everyday fast pace of life and tune into what really matters. Together we will gather and share mindfulness practices, breathe+gentle movement while being guided on a heart expanding journey by the beautiful and gentle medicine of Cacao. Through connecting with nature we can more deeply connect ourselves and those around us. It’s an honor to share this journey with you!

Please reserve your space on our website www.IeKAWA.com the cost of this event is $40 per person. Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, or pillow, water and an open heart.
