We LOVE spending time with you, connecting hearts and sharing sacred space! Every time we gather it feels as though “it’s not long enough” so we planned a very special day of some of our favorite offerings. A day of connection, elevation, rejuvenation and celebration, welcome to our Second Annual Live Uplifted Day of Celebration!

We’re excited to bring together some of our favorite teachers, practitioners, friends and guides to share a day of all thing’s health, healing and happiness with you!

Celebrate the kickoff of Summer with a fun yet soulful and transformative day of connection, intention and rejuvenation!

Remembering that all things are medicine, movement, laughter, song, breathe, plants and how to weave them into our daily lives.

Are you interested in fitness, yoga or a dance/movement class? Perhaps how to incorporate natural medicine, herbalism, indigenous, energy practices and meditation into your daily life? If you’re tired of the same routine or looking for a healthier, more conscious version of yourself this is the celebration for you!

All workshops, lunch, snacks, cacao and live music included.

Early Bird Pricing $155 till June 1st $188 after

Private one on one sessions available for sign up and additional fee.

There are classes+workshops for all interests and levels of experience, everything is optional, you can even treat yourself to a relaxing timeout under a tree, message or card reading.
