We will begin the evening moving in a way that unlocks your body and mind. Be guided by Elizabeth through fluid, circular movements intended to connect you deeply to your body. Take sacred pause giving yourself permission to explore what arises inside.

Integrate these practices with a grounding and heart expanding meditation While enjoying a cup of Cacao to ease our minds, open our hearts and help us tune into who we truly are. All while being be guided on a journey into self discovery+love by i.e.KAWA, their delicious high vibrating Cacao from a small family farm in Costa Rica and live music by singer song writer Aaron Brooks.
